Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of $70.00 is required upon enrollment.

Tuition Payment: Tuition is due weekly, payable each Monday. Payments can be made by cash, check, or money order.

Late Fees:

2 days past due: $10.00 late fee
4 days past due: $20.00 late fee
6 days past due: child care services may be suspended

Returned Checks: A fee of $35.00 will be charged for any returned check.

Pickup Overtime: Charges apply for late pickups beyond operating hours.

Absences/Holidays: Full tuition is due regardless of absences, holidays, or closures.

Payment Increases: KidBridge Academy reserves the right to adjust tuition rates with proper notice.

Withdrawal: A minimum of 21 calendar days written notice is required for withdrawal.

Parent Handbook: I acknowledge that I have received and agree to abide by all policies outlined in the KidBridge Academy Parent Handbook.

Incident Reporting Procedure

KidBridge Academy follows a 13-step incident reporting procedure to ensure the safety and well-being of every child:

Staff member witnesses or is informed of the incident.
Immediate first aid is administered as needed.
The area is secured and other children are moved to safety.
The director or assistant director is notified immediately.
Emergency services (911) are called if the situation warrants.
An incident report form is completed by the witnessing staff member.
Parents/guardians are notified as soon as possible.
Photographs of any injuries are taken for documentation.
The incident is reviewed by the director and corrective action is determined.
Licensing authorities are notified if required by law.
Follow-up care and monitoring of the child is conducted.
Staff involved receive additional training if applicable.
All documentation is filed securely for a minimum of 5 years.

Child Abuse Neglect Statement

KidBridge Academy is committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for all children. All staff members are trained in recognizing the signs and symptoms of child abuse and neglect. As mandated reporters, all employees are required by law to report any suspected cases of abuse or neglect to the appropriate authorities.

Sunscreen and Insect Repellent

KidBridge Academy will apply sunscreen and/or insect repellent to your child before outdoor activities. Products must be provided by the parent/guardian and clearly labeled with the child's name. Staff will apply sunscreen at least 15 minutes before outdoor play and reapply as needed throughout the day.

Weekend Care Contract

KidBridge Academy offers weekend care services subject to the following conditions:

Advance notice of at least 48 hours is required for weekend care reservations.
Parents must provide all necessary supplies including diapers, extra clothing, and any special food items.
Weekend care hours and fees are separate from regular weekday tuition.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

Transportation Rules

KidBridge Academy adheres to the following transportation rules and guidelines:

All vehicles used are properly maintained, inspected, and insured.
Each child must be secured in an age-appropriate car seat or seat belt.
A staff member will always be present during transport in addition to the driver.
Head counts are taken before departure, upon arrival, and before returning.
Parents must provide a signed authorization form for any transportation.
Children will only be transported for approved activities (field trips, school, emergency).
No child will be left unattended in a vehicle at any time.
